Cancellation Policy

Event Booking Policy Welcome to our Event Center. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we have established the following booking and event policies. By booking an event with us, you agree to comply with these policies. Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed agreement. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the event start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the event start time will not be eligible for a refund. Event Rules and Regulations Alcohol Policy: No alcohol is permitted on the event premises. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Individuals violating this policy will be permanently banned from the event property without a refund. Prohibited Activities: The event center shall not be used for any illegal or immoral activities, as defined by the Holy Christian Bible. No one is allowed to book this event center with the intention of using it for illegal and/or immoral activities. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Individuals engaging in such activities will be permanently banned from the event property without a refund. Marriage Ceremonies and Related Events: The event center cannot be used for marriage ceremonies, receptions, or any events related to marriages that are not considered biblical according to the Holy Christian Bible, which defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman. Liability for Damages: The person booking the event is liable for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests during the time they are using the event center. Definition of a Guest A guest is anyone attending the event other than Bridge Church Event Center staff. Enforcement and Liability Compliance: All guests and event organizers must comply with the policies outlined above. Enforcement: Our staff reserves the right to enforce these policies at all times. Liability: The event center is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the violation of these policies.
